Many minds build the ship! Individual counselling is therefore a core element of our service. In the cross-university network, we pool our expertise and find the right experts for every topic.

  • Idea check: "I have an idea ...". But is it suitable for a business model? We can find out together.
  • Idea and business model development: The idea is good, but how can it be turned into money? We can help. Together we can turn an idea into a functioning business model.
  • Business plan check: Congratulations, your business plan is ready! Are the figures correct? Is the business concept viable? We'll check it out.

Coaching & Qualification

Success is not a matter of luck! The basis is always the acquisition of specific knowledge, skills and the training of abilities. We offer a broad programme of qualifications, training and coaching on all start-up-related topics.

  • Pitch training: "Time is money", of course! Investors have a lot of money, but little time! So the aim here is to describe my project/company in a structured and clear way in as little time as possible. The goal is 30 seconds! A challenge? Of course. But solvable with our training.
  • Leadership coaching: Competent, eloquent and always with an eye for the big picture - they exist, the born bosses. If you weren't born with these qualities, you don't have to give up on being a founder. Leadership can be learnt. For example, with our seminar programme.
