Fanny Fatteicher reports on her successful company foundation in Rostock and answers questions from interested founders.
As a registered nurse, Fanny Fatteicher has always wondered why there is no clothing for bedridden patients that not only fulfils the daily hospital routine but also preserves the patient's dignity. Surely there must be something other than the thin patient shirts with bare backs? No, there wasn't! So she gave it some thought and developed her own clothing concept, which she then used to found her award-winning company in 2013. MediTex® medical clothing facilitates the treatment of various medical conditions while preserving the dignity of the patient. The clothing minimises risks, costs and time. It has now developed new products for patients in the form of special backpacks for cardiac support systems. We look forward to more exciting content in the founder story and to a different kind of product!
