In this episode of the event series, a multiple founder shares his personal experiences and insights, from the initial business idea, through challenges worth millions, to success as an entrepreneur. As a founder from Greifswald, Matti Glatte gives an authentic insight into what it means to found and run a start-up.

Matti Glatte will be talking about the topic of start-ups from various perspectives. Matti Glatte has also conducted scientific research into start-ups and the development of innovations at the University of Greifswald. Finally, he is a founding member of Gründungswerft e. V. and is responsible for the topic of transformation towards sustainability and more innovation in SMEs. As part of the SPiNOFF project, Matti Glatte, together with the start-up centres of the universities in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, supports particularly innovative and promising start-up projects from academia.
