Within three weeks, the teams set up their virtual company and competed against each other in five simulated business periods. The participants had to adapt to a constantly changing economic situation in a market modelled on reality. The teams were provided with reports for each period that reflected consumer behaviour and the economic situation. With skilful business policies, the teams were able to ensure that their products precisely met the needs of their customers. By interpreting key business figures, the teams developed long-term strategies that led to the first profits being realised within the five business periods. Finally, the teams pitched their respective companies to raise further capital.
The company "BikeRight" by Tobias Hieltscher and Luca Preuße, both from Stralsund University of Applied Sciences, was ultimately able to prevail over the competition. Above all, they scored with a superb pitch and a confident performance in the simulation game. Congratulations!
