Open, likeable, honest - this is how the participants got to know the founder of Vinergy GmbH. Born in Bonn, Jan Vinzenz Krause completed his business studies at the University of Greifswald and developed his first vision of an online condom consultant by founding Vinico. But it didn't stop there. This was followed by MISTER Size and werbekondome - the slightly different idea for promotional gifts.

Ulrike Kolley - she represents the start-up Djamacat, founded in the four-gate city of Neubrandenburg. The founding team's mission: to explain something in such a way that it doesn't feel like an explanation. At Djamacat Rooms, specialist knowledge is analysed and simplified to make it easy and understandable. But their real centrepiece is the AQUARYOUNS universe, an ever-expanding game universe. In November 2020, the team won the "KfW Entrepreneurs' Award" competition as the national winner.

Hanna Bachmann, co-founder of the company Hepster (MOINsure GmbH) from Rostock. Hanna Bachmann is the first female founder to take part in the format "Gründerkapitän*innen unpack". Together with CEOs Christian Range and Alexander Hornung, she founded MOINsure GmbH in 2016. Together, the team develops the website "hepster.com" with the vision of taking insurance to a new digital level.

Dirk Rosin, founder and managing director of various companies, including the WorkXstation franchise concept from Neubrandenburg: building an international franchise concept, selling hand-printed sportswear and offering apps for working out at home - that's Dirk Rosin. In the third edition of "Gründerkapitän*innen unpack", the founder talks about his future projects, the fitness industry during the coronavirus crisis and the obstacles that await those interested in setting up a business.
